1. Your opted for turnaround schedule will begin on the first working day following the day on which we approve your artwork for print.
2. All our turnaround schedules are given in working days only. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Please remember to allow a degree of flexibility on your chosen turnaround schedule, as the timeframes offered are estimates. 95% of orders placed with us are successfully delivered within the estimated timeframe but on a minority of occasions, unforeseen circumstances and force majeure events, back logs during extremely busy periods or difficulties experienced by courier companies, can result in slight delays.
